Founded by local Melbourne couple Sophia and Tanmay, Ramenova began with a shared love of ramen and a frustration with how difficult it could be to find delicious options for different dietary needs. As a pescatarian, Sophia often struggled to find a bowl that felt both satisfying and made for her.
So they created Ramenova: ramen that is fast, fresh, flexible and full of flavour. It is comforting enough for a hearty dinner, yet convenient enough to grab between meetings, bringing the ease of fast food to a meal that feels fresher and more nourishing.
